TSIS is a statewide roadway conditions database. Currently information
can be entered by District and Regional maintenance personnel as well
as staff at any of the traffic management centers (TMCs) and the
Tennessee Highway Patrol (THP). TSIS feeds the Statewide 511 system
and SmartWay website.
