Inventory
Each stakeholder agency, company, or group owns, operates, maintains or plans ITS systems in the region. The Regional ITS Architecture inventory is a list of "elements" that represent all existing and planned ITS systems in a region as well as non–ITS systems that provide information to or get information from the ITS systems.

A primary goal of the system is to support electronic collection of parking fees in addition to monitoring parking lot usage and providing information about real–time parking availability at both municipally owned and private parking facilities. |
City of Knoxville Police Department | Police department for the City of Knoxville. The emergency dispatch functions for the Police Department are included in the Knox County E911 Dispatch. TOC will likely have single workstation with remote access from multiple devices. |
