Amendment to the FY 2023-2026 Transportation Improvement Program (TIP)

The City of Knoxville requested an amendment for the Accelerated Bus Corridor Stops/Passenger Information Systems Install project. The amendment revises the project termini and description to reflect current proposed route and provide a more concise descriptive narrative. The amendment also programs additional PE-N phase funding, increases PE-D phase costs and updates the project schedule. A comment is added to state that the construction phase will require additional funding above the current CMAQ award balance to complete. To reflect the latest estimates, the total project cost is increased to $12,983,520.
