Draft FY 2026-2029 Transportation Improvement Program

The Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) is updated on a 3-year cycle. The new TIP covers fiscal years 2026-2029 and will supersede the current FY 2023-2026 TIP. The revised draft TIP incorporating TDOT review comments has been submitted to FHWA & FTA for their 20-day review. Federal review comments will be addressed in the final draft TIP.
