Mobility Plan 2050 & FY2026-2029 TIP Amendments Air Quality Conformity Review

With the FY 2026-2029 TIP recently becoming fully active, certain amendments were identified as being needed to reconcile it with the latest TDOT 10-Year Plan along with some other project changes. Since some of the projects involved are considered Air Quality Non-Exempt, the TPO is required to prepare an updated air quality conformity determination which must be adopted alongside the amendments. Staff will provide an overview of the amendments and conformity which is posted online for the official 30-day Public Comment Period. Final adoption is planned for the December TPO meetings.
